DESCRIPTION: The project is a mixed-mixed use development for TDIC consisting of residential units and retail area and it successfully achieved Estidama One Pearl Rating as ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the energy simulation and building modeling, calculating and estimating the energy consumption for the project and to determine the improvement percentage of the building.
